Las Vegas, NV holds the record for the scariest and deadliest rides in the World. Hotel Stratosphere is renowned for the rides that could bring a dead man alive and stop a beating heart. The Big Shot, X-Scream and Insanity are the three most feared rides and all come under the same umbrella.

Insanity is not just a name for this ride but people would have to be absolutely insane to brave it. It is the second tallest ride at 900 feet with big shot being the tallest at 1081 feet. Insanity dangles riders over the edge of a tower and then spins them in a circular pattern at around 40 miles per hour hitting three times the speed of gravity. The riders sit at an angle of 70 degrees facing Las Vegas downwards.

Insanity might be scary but the ultimate dangerous ride is sky diving which I undertook in 2005.
