Tips for Traveling Runners
Traveling most of time is an arduous task. But imagine being an athlete and the need to travel often for competitions could take a toll on your body. There maybe some serious imbalances and fatigue might set in. Paul Petersen, a runner himself has discussed about the perils of traveling constantly along with physical activities.
He has listed the dangers of traveling too much and involving in too many physical activities:
1. Change of schedule
2. Dehydration
3. Poor die
4. Poor sleep
5. Stress
6. Time
Here are the tips to overcome the dangers listed above. It requires a lot of discipline and dedication to overcome the shortcomings:
1. Hydrate well
2. Eat healthy
3. Turn in early, get up early
4. Stay accountable
