Whenever I go on jaunts and vacations, my travel advisor asks me what I am looking for. Based on my interests and occasion, he suggests different places with a rating and pricing. Well, I have to pay a small fee for the wonderful service he provides. But, now I think I can bypass him and still be able to find similar service. Tripbase. The concept is as realistic when compared with a real trip advisor and it ranges to all countries around the globe.

Tripbase is still in its alpha stage but looks highly friendly and professional. The working is very simple. It has categorized and rated different places according to these criteria: Nightlife, Dining, Shopping, Nature and Attractions. You can request for recommendations by giving different points to the above mentioned criteria and bingo, several places are listed in moments. If I give maximum points for nightlife followed by minimum points for all other criteria, my list would be topped with Ibiza in Spain along with the average pricing information and different hangouts in the city.
